Reservations must be made by 5:00pm EST on September 9, 2016 to receive the special group rate for the conference. Reservations made after that date will be at the hotel’s prevailing rate if rooms are available.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of 1 night room and tax will apply if a Customer checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
Individual Guest Room Guarantee and Cancellation Policies
A credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in, and the final balance will be charged upon check-out. Should the reservation be cancelled within 24 hours prior to the arrival date or the guest not arrive on the scheduled day, the credit card will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay. All guests are required to provide a valid driver’s license or state ID at check-in.
